Support and Training

Software for the capturing of data is provided free to our users. The initial training is provided free with continuous telephonic support. If further on-site training or support is requested by the client, we reserve the right to levy a charge for the time spent at our client’s offices

The software provides tables with branch codes for the various banks in South Africa. The tables are updated regularly to include any new branches.

Cash Buddy software validates the data as it is being captured (or after import) to ensure the absolute minimum number of transactions being rejected at ACB. The software has been written to the ACB specifications. Our software also prepares the ACB input file, which would then be transferred to Cash Buddy for submission to ACB for processing. If clients already have the data on in-house software, they can create an extract file of the required data, which is then imported into the Cash Buddy software for validation and conversion to the ACB input file.
